Partner & Founder
Jason is a native of Gaston County. He is married to his lovely wife Leslie and have two teen age boys Gauge and Noah. They are involved in their local church and the community. They enjoy traveling and helping young people achieve their dreams. Jason worked in the corporate world for last 26 years where he oversees Planning, Development, Construction, and operations in the southeast. He has over 500 million dollars plus of real estate development and assets under his leadership. He also loves to problem solve and help customers have a great experience. He helped start this company with goal of give back and to the grow community in which he lives, and surrounding communities. His goal is to create more jobs and opportunities for members of the communities. He also wants to create a company that stands on high morals and values that one day can be passes down thru many generations to come.
Derek Huffstelter
Partner & Founder
Born and raised in Gastonia, NC. Love our community and want to help families have the same experience. I received my business degree form Gaston college and spent over ten years in sales. After sales I transitioned to HVAC where I am now President / CEO of HVAC Service Corporation. My family and I love getting out and doing various things in the community. We enjoy attending City church, watching our daughters in their various sports, and playing golf. I hope to provide quality affordable housing to our community through this business.

I was born and Charlotte and raised in Maiden, NC. I married my wife Sarah who is also a native of the area, and together we have 2 wonderful children, whom we adore. I was fortunate enough to attend a private school for my High School eduication and later attended Gaston College. I wound up in Sales and have a over a decades worth of experience in that enviroment. Afterwards, I found my way into corpoarate America and realized the only way I would find the challenges that I've been seeking would be by starting my own venture. I'm looking forward to not only creating a company that can provide quality housing but that is able and willing to help the community it serves.
